Before The Fun

  • Booking is a breeze! Once you request your date and equipment, we will personally review your event details and follow up via email. You will receive a secure link to easily sign your digital waiver right from your phone, along with an invoice for your deposit. Once those are submitted, your fun is officially locked in on our calendar!

  • Texas weather can be unpredictable! For the safety of your guests, we cannot operate inflatables in high winds or severe storms. If we have to cancel your rental due to unsafe weather conditions, we will work closely with you to reschedule your date or provide a seamless refund of your deposit.

  • All we need is a relatively flat, clear area (grass is highly preferred so we can safely stake the equipment) and a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup site. If your party is at a park or you don't have power nearby, just let us know so we can discuss generator options.

  • Absolutely. We never compromise on hygiene or safety. Every single unit is thoroughly scrubbed and sanitized with eco-friendly cleaning products before and after each use. We are fully insured, rigorously inspected, and carry advanced safety certifications, so you can relax and just focus on making memories.
